Our mission at Hard Fought Fitness is to encourage health and wellness in all individuals, including our young ones.

We have 3 programs for youth fitness training:

  • The Strong Squad (Grades 2 - 6)
  • Fit 4 Life (Grades 6 - 8)
  • Personal Training

*Registration for group fitness classes will close one hour prior to the class start time.


THE STRONG SQUAD

The Strong Squad is for kids in grades 2 - 6 growing in the direction of a healthy life and future. This program is designed to help kids develop a foundation in exercise, healthy eating, and goal-setting. 

The camaraderie of being active alongside their peers will also give children a sense of belonging, learn the importance of encouraging others, and help them grow in self-confidence. 

Cost: $45/month for unlimited sessions


FIT 4 LIFE

Fit 4 Life is a program designed for children in grades 6 - 8. Fitness programs for older teens/adults are very different from the needs of our young people. This is program is intended for all fitness levels. Activities will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual participating. 

The goal of Fit 4 Life is to teach kids the importance of being active, and learn about how the food we eat impacts our body's potential. It will be a combination of cardio exercises, strength training, and discussions about nutrition. 

Cost: $65/month for unlimited sessions


PERSONAL TRAINING

Youth Personal Training is also available for those interested in more of a one-on-one style of coaching.  An individualized program will be developed for your child to help them reach their best potential, while incorporating fun and exciting methods. 

  • SINGLE SESSION: $40
  • 5 SESSIONS: $175
  • 8 SESSIONS: $250
  • 12 SESSIONS: $350
