YOUTH FITNESS

Our mission at Hard Fought Fitness is to encourage health and wellness in all individuals, including our young ones.

We have 5 programs for youth fitness training:

  • KinderFit: Ages 3 - 5

  • Strong Squad: Ages 6 - 10

  • Fit 4 Life: Ages 11- 13

  • Girls Who Lift: Ages 12 - 17

  • Personal Training: Ages 8- 17

Details on each program below.

*Check-in for group fitness classes will close one hour prior to the class start time.

SESSIONS

  • Spring: April 1 - May 24

  • Summer 1: June 3 - August 3 (Closed the week of July 7 - July 13)

  • Summer 2: August 5 - September 29 (Closed for Labor Day)

  • Fall: September 30 - November 22 (Closed for Trick-or-Treat Night)

  • Winter 1: December 2 - January 31 (Closed the week of December 22 - 28)

  • Winter 2: February 3 - March 27


KINDERFIT

KinderFit is designed for children ages 3 - 5. It is a weekly fitness program that gets your little one up and moving in a group setting. Through games and fitness-related activities, we will focus on improving coordination and body awareness while having fun with peers! Classes consist of stretching, physical activity, lessons about healthy habits, and cool down routines.

Summer 2 Session: August 5 - September 29

  • Sundays 1:15 - 1:45 p.m.

THE STRONG SQUAD

The Strong Squad is for kids ages 6 - 10 growing in the direction of a healthy life and future. This program is designed to help kids develop a foundation in exercise, healthy eating, and goal-setting. 

The camaraderie of being active alongside their peers will also give children a sense of belonging, learn the importance of encouraging others, and help them grow in self-confidence. 

Summer 2 Session: August 5 - September 29

  • Thursdays 5:45 p.m.

  • Sundays 1:00 p.m.


FIT 4 LIFE

Fit 4 Life is a program designed for those between the ages of 11 - 13. Fitness programs for older teens/adults are very different from the needs of our young people. This is program is intended for all fitness levels. Activities will be tailored to meet the needs of each individual participating. 

The goal of Fit 4 Life is to teach pre-teens/teens the importance of being active, and learn about how the food we eat impacts our body's potential. It will be a combination of cardio exercises, strength training, and discussions about nutrition. 

Summer 2 Session: August 5 - September 29

  • Tuesdays 5:45 p.m.

  • Sundays 12:15 p.m.


GIRLS WHO LIFT

Girls Who Lift is a program for females ages 12 - 17. The goal is to support young women in building confidence while learning their way around a weight room. Participants will be guided in a small group setting to learn proper form and technique. Workouts are designed to incorporate a variety of strength training, cardio, and stretching to improve overall fitness.

  • Sundays at 2:00 p.m.

    • August 4, 11, 18, 25

    • September 8, 15, 22, 29

  • This membership also includes access to additional group fitness classes + Zumba.


PERSONAL TRAINING

Youth Personal Training is also available for those interested in more of a one-on-one style of coaching.  An individualized program will be developed for your child to help them reach their best potential, while incorporating fun and exciting methods. 

  • SINGLE SESSION: $40

  • 5 SESSIONS: $175

  • 8 SESSIONS: $250

  • 12 SESSIONS: $350
